About Snapjack Wireless

In early 2010, after over 15 years of wireless experience, I came to a realization.  It became very clear to me that customers who needed a replacement phone had very few options, either they couldn’t or didn’t want to extend their contract to replace their phone.  Often times the customer would have to shell out hundreds of dollars or sign long term contracts just to continue using a service they were stuck paying for after their phone was broken, lost or stolen.  That's when I had the idea for Snapjack Wireless.   When I started this company I had one goal in mind - provide high quality replacement phones at a reasonable price without the need for a contract extension.  As you'll see when browsing the site, we've succeeded.   

Solving the communication problem is just the start of what we do here at Snapjack Wireless.  We work diligently to continue to find new suppliers to provide you with the best used and refurbished phones on the market.  In most cases you will not be able to tell the difference between these and a brand new phone.  Buying these phones takes them out of the path that leads directly to the landfill.  It's our part of helping the environment and passing along a cleaner planet to the next generation.   

While most of our phones are used or refurbished, we understand the desire of some of our customers to pull out a brand new phone right from the retail box.  On occasion we'll find new retail boxed phones that meet our strict buying qualifications and we'll pass these savings along to you.  Sure, there may be others who are trying to solve the same problem, but our combination of personal service, high quality products, and a superb shopping experience is second to none.
