- Shipping & Delivery We know that you want your phone as soon as possible and don't want to have to pay much to get it so here’s the deal: All phones are shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx. Phones ship on Standard Ground (5-7 day service) for $4.95. Our rates start as low as $2.95 for nearly 94% of all accessories. We ship via USPS or FedEx ground service. Expedited shipping is available for any item and will incur the following charges: 3day: $9.95 2day: $24.95 Next day: $46.95 Shipping charges are nonrefundable and delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Returns & Replacements-
If, in the unlikely event, your product arrives and does not work properly (activation issues, charger not working, etc.) please let us know and we’ll replace it with an exact same product free of charge – hopefully this one will work! As for returns? Why would you want to return such a beautiful product? Of course things happen and you might change your mind…oh all right, we’ll let you, just don’t make a habit of it. If something should happen and you decide not to keep the product, simply let us know within 14 days and we’ll arrange to accept your return. The best way to do this is to send us an email at support@snapjackwireless.com or you can call 877-801-9735. If you need to call you can do that too but we’ll still be filling out the information just as if you did it yourself on the site so please, give us a break and help out as much as you can. We’ll provide you with credit for your purchase (less a small 15% restocking fee and any expedited shipping fees) and then you can go ahead and buy what you really wanted.

You can pay with any number of options including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or even through your PayPal account to save yourself lots of time. Simply find the product you want, add it to the card with the fancy red button (feel free to add more than one item), and then follow the simple checkout process. Want to send a gift? You can even bill the order one place and ship to someplace else...just in case you need to get that extra phone charger for your grandmother who has yet to learn how this internet thingy works!

- Yes to this too! We'd appreciate it very much if you would pay for the products at the prices posted on the site. Of course we try to be as competitive as possible and in many cases you will not find a lower priced item anywhere on-line (and you can forget about going into a store to find the item priced so low). All prices are to be processed as marked. From time to time we'll offer special promotions to help save you even more money. If there is a special promotion going on don't hesitate to make the purchase as they don't last forever.
- Viewing Orders
- Once you set up an account and place an order you can check back at any time and view the status of the order. Simply log back into our account and view up to date information. Of course we'll try very hard to fulfill your order and get it to your door well before you'd ever get to the point of needing to check the status. You can also call our toll free number and we'll check the status for you but, we'll be looking at the same systems and updates you will so don't expect anything miraculous.
