Snapjack Wireless is your way to get the best used cell phones and new mobile accessories on the planet. We are just a group of people who want to make it easy for you to enhance your mobile options without getting stuck in any contracts. We give you what you want, when you need it, with no questions asked. Of course we will ask for your credit card…but nothing else, we promise!
Why do I need a used cell phone?
Have you ever lost your cell phone and wondered, “what do I do now?” Ever drop it and watch it break right before your eyes? How about running all around the house or office looking for where you last used your phone? And what about leaving your brand new iPhone on a bar stool in San Francisco? Well, if any of these things has ever happened to you then you probably had to go in to your wireless carrier and shell out hundreds of dollars or sign an additional contract just to be able to use your phone again.
At Snapjack Wireless all those concerns are gone. Simply choose the phone you want (it can be the same one you just lost or a different model) and let your carrier know that you want to activate this new phone with your old number. Your contract remains unchanged, no new terms, no new conditions, just keep on going until you lose your phone again. This is the best way to get the newest models at the lowest prices with no contract issues.
What products do you sell?
We focus on your mobile needs. Cell phones, smart phones, camera phones, and accessories including cases, batteries, chargers, headsets and more.
Are these new items?
All accessory items are brand new, packaged items as supplied by the manufacturer and just like you’d see in a retail store.
Most of phones sold on Snapjackwireless.com are used phones and come in all flavors, like new (refurbished), lightly used, regular use, and heavily used. Of course we also sell some New phones too. Regardless of their condition, every phone is cleared of all prior data, cleaned, tested and retested numerous times to assure they are in proper working order. The only difference you’ll find between our phones and a new phone is the way it looks (although in many cases ours look just as good as new). Oh, and the price is way cheaper…and did we mention there is no contract either?
Where do they come from?
Our phones come from everywhere. They come from businesses that upgrade. They come from your neighbor and friend who turned in an old phone to their wireless carrier when they got a new phone. They come from the local Girl Scout or church group who collected used cell phones for their fundraiser. Just think, by purchasing one of these phones you may be helping a little girl go to band camp!
Once collected and turned in the phones go to the world largest electronics sustainability firm and they are prepped for resale. All phones are cleared of any prior data, cleaned, tested and retested numerous times to assure they are in proper working order.
Are the phones tied to a carrier?
The phones are not tied to a specific carrier but the technology is so therefore, you will need to make sure that you get the correct phone, with the correct technology that will work with your wireless carrier. Don’t worry though, we’ve taken all the guess work out of which phone has the technology you need and will show you which phones work with each carrier. Simply search by carrier and then choose a phone.
Is there any contract?
Nope. Nada. None. Never any contract to sign. Buy the phone, activate it with a carrier and then use it. Period. If you don’t want to use it anymore, or you want to get a new phone or go to a new carrier just stop and you will have no penalty. Of course if you are currently under contract with your provider that will continue unchanged. Your phone number may be under contract but your phone isn’t. You can change phones any time you want so come on back and get a new one every day…we dare you.
What is the return process?
Returns? Why would you want to return such a beautiful product? Of course things happen and you might change your mind…oh all right, we’ll let you, just don’t make a habit of it. If something should happen and you should change your mind, simply let us know within 14 days from the date of purchase and we’ll arrange to accept your return. The best way to do this is to follow the return authorization process right on the site. Registered Users should log into their account and go to "My RMA - File New RMA." If you are not a registered user you can send an email to email@example.com. We’ll provide you with credit for your purchase (less shipping charges and a small 15% restocking fee) and then you can go ahead and buy what you really wanted. An RMA is valid for 21 days after issue date. Items received after the 21 days will be returned to the sender.
If, in the unlikely event, your product arrives and does not work properly (activation issues, charger not working, etc.) please let us know and we’ll replace it with an exact same product free of charge – hopefully this one will work!
What is the warranty?
We stand by all products that we ship to you and back it up by offering a complete 30 day warranty. If your product comes in a non-working manner or stops working at any time during the first 30 days you may simply let us know what's wrong with it and complete the RMA process. We'll take the product back (test it and verify the problem) and ship out a new one in return mail. Just like that you'll have a new phone or accessory. Items are covered for normal usages. Liquid damage and trauma to the phones are not cover by warranty.
When will my order be processed and shipped?
We know how important it is for you to get your replacement phone as soon as possible. So, we put every effort into getting your phone out as soon as possible. Your phone will ship Monday-Friday excluding federal holidays, so if you order over the weekend or on a holiday it might take a little longer to get it out the door, but you get the idea. Shipping fees are nonrefundable.
If you use Paypal we can't ship the item until the payment clears. This is usually a quick process but sometimes it may take several days fot the payment to be approved. We are not responsible for Paypal's practices.

Are there shipping charges?
Yes. But depends on what you buy and how soon you want it. Here’s the deal:

How do I get my phone activated?
When you purchase a phone from Snapjackwireless.com you will also receive instructions on how to get your phone activated but here’s the skinny…simply call your selected carrier and let them know that you have a new phone that you want activated. You can also find these instructions on the site by searching for activation. If you already have an account with a carrier they will ask you a few simple questions and guide you through the process. If you don’t have an account, the new carrier will require a few additional pieces of information so that they know where to find you (you didn’t think you could use their services for free did you?) but it’s still a very simple process. Phone activation charges may vary by carrier and account but don’t worry, a new carrier does not mean a new contract.
What forms of payment do you take?
Visa, Mastercard, Discover? PayPal? Want to send us cash? Okay, just be prepared to wait for us to ship the product until we get the cash.
Are there any hidden charges?
Not that we know of but if you find any please let us know so that we can tell everyone else. We don’t believe in any surprises…unless it’s your birthday!
What is the condition of the phone?
Excellent question. First off you should know that all phones have been tested numerous times and are fully functional and ready to be activated with the selected wireless carrier. For more detail, Snapjackwireless.com rates each phone from 1 to 5 jacks as follows:
5 jacks = Brand New Retail Boxed Phones. What else can we say?
4 jacks = Refurbished and Like-New Phones. All data has been erased, new software installed and the exterior of the phone is reconstructed with all new parts. When looking at the phone there is no difference between a new phone and this one. Many people call this type of phone refurbished, here at Snapjack Wireless we call it like it is, like-new.
3 jacks = the most commonly found used phones on the market and the best sellers at Snapjack Wireless. These used phones are prepared in exactly the same manner as like-new phones however the exterior casing is not new but professionally cleaned using a specially crafted manual process and chemicals. Each phone is inspected carefully and is placed in this category only when there is limited, if any, wear and tear. You’ll be proud to carry this phone with you wherever you go.
2 jacks = These used phones are prepared in exactly the same manner as like-new and used phones however, there are simply a few more bumps and bruises. Each phone is inspected carefully and is placed in this category when we feel the wear and tear is a bit more than standard. This is an excellent option for a quality working used cell phone.
1 jack = ready to get down and dirty? These phones have seen it all and have come through the battles with all their parts in tact. Again, the process is the same for getting these phones ready to use as it is for all our phones but the exterior has seen more wear and tear. If you need a cheap used cell phone and are not concerned about a few scratches and dings then this is the phone for you. It works.
What carriers are supported?
What carrier do you need? Verizon or AT&T – yep, we got ‘em. How about Sprint, T*Mobile, US Cellular, Boost or Alltel? We’ve got them too. Metro PCS? Sure. You name the carrier and we’ve got the phone. We should tell you that not all phones for all carrier will be in stock at all times. Because of the rigid process that is used for making sure that the phones are ready for use our inventory continually changes to match customer demands with product availability. If you see one you want – don’t wait, get it now!
Is a user guide included?
Nah, what you don’t know how to use a cell phone? Smartphone got too many features for you? Get with it and get online. All user guides are provided on the snapjackwireless.com website under the heading “user guides.”
What’s in the box?
What do you want? You order a phone – you get a phone. You order a case – you get a case. What did you think; we’d give you a watermelon rather than a phone? Oh, you mean anything else??? Sure, you get any associated charger and/or cable along with instructions on how to activate the phone. You also get a battery so that you can actually use the phone. If your package comes and you find a watermelon instead of your phone or accessory please let us know so that we can come to the picnic!
What about the battery?
What about it? Yes, it’s included with the phone. It’s been rigorously tested as well as the phone itself and is tested to hold at least 80% of the capacity of a new battery. In many cases the included battery holds 90%-100% of the charge of a new battery. Don’t worry, you’ll be able to use your new phone or Smartphone for hours and hours on the same charge.
How is the phone shipped/packaged?
By hand. We put your order in a package and address it and send it out. Yes, it’s that simple. Since your goal is to get the product you ordered as quickly and as cheaply as possible we don’t go to great lengths to design a cool, fancy package, we just want to protect it so it gets to you in one piece (or 2 if you order more than 1). In many cases your phone will arrive in a plain white bubble wrapped envelope. The accessories will ship separately from the phone and may actually include some retail packaging but who cares? You just want the accessory…and with our process you’ll get it.
